Large oversized country lot that had some existing landscaping but needed to be updated to better fit the client’s needs. This was a complete property design. The clients wanted to break the monotony of the asphalt so we added new interlock and incorporated their existing stone which creates a happy medium. We capped their concrete landings with veneer stone making the entryway more appealing. We also added a small patio at the front for a sitting area which is defined with a sitting wall and 2 light pillars. The same light pillar is repeated near the front steps. A new walkway connecting the front yard to the backyard using natural stone with pea gravel in between was also implemented.

The beautiful back yard landscape includes a new deck and patio, a 3 season room, beds and plants. Three orange screens were added to liven up the space and to break the strong winds. The sun room was placed to the side which hides the neighbour’s storage shed, creating less of an eye soar. This beautiful yet simplistic landscape design is effective and reflects the architecture of the home. The plants and screens help bring the yard to life.
